We are specialist cat groomers/lovers specialising in the removal of matted/knotted hair from long and short-haired cats. Also lion clips, kitten trims, total brush-outs and baths. We adore cats and adore grooming them and making them feel better. Nothing gives us more pleasure than doing this very skilled and enjoyable job!
It is important that cats are groomed by a professional CAT GROOMER and NOT a Dog/cat groomer as these groomers are predominently DOG groomers not cat groomers. There will be dogs barking and the smell of dogs everywhere and on the groomer themselves and beleive me cats do not like this. I have experience of this first hand from when I had my grooming parlour in London catering for both cat and dog and although we had a dedicated CAT room where dogs never came in, the cats would hear the dogs barking through the walls and hear the scampering etc and would often fret, become vicious or un handalable making the groomers job very hard too! This is why I chose to specialize in CATS only and it has proven to work far better. I am also one of the very few cat groomers who allow the owner to stay and help with the grooming process.

| COCO, a red and white bi colour persian who has a "Lion clip" every 12 weeks as the owners have a young child and his hair gets everywhere. | TABITHA, a Tortie persian who comes for a brush out every 8 weeks to remove her undercoat hair and any knots. Has her nails clipped, ears cleaned and eyes also. | BAM BAM, a short haired Exotic breed who has thick undercoat and malts a lot at home so her owner brings her in for an undercoat rake out to remove dead hair. This is ideal for British shorthair breed as they have thick dense coats and get many tufts building up. |

We do 'lion clips' for Persian and long-haired cats that are badly matted, or just need a haircut. Lion clips look good all year round and cats feel very comfortable in them. If you are worried about them feeling cold, we have a fine range of T-shirts and hoodys available. The 'lion clip' is a close shave of the entire body, leaving a mane, furry boots and a half shaved lion tail. Very cute! Our rescue Persian cat Chico stays in a lion clip as he is so cute in it and he is happier for it too! A vet charges £150-200 for one and does a very bad job of it and they use anaesthetic.
We have many clients who claim that since we clip their cats regularly, they have become friendlier, so they book them in every 8-12 weeks for their 'lion clip'.
